Anticipated game sequel to Blasphemous
Blasphemous 2 is a premium action game developed by The Gam Kitchen for PC. It is the highly anticipated sequel to the popular 2D side-scrolling Metroidvania title, Blasphemous. Along with continuing the story from the original, it also brings new gameplay mechanics to make combat even more diverse and customizable.
Compared to the first Blasphemous game, Blasphemous 2 also offers a new non-linear open world to explore that's littered with new enemies, deadly traps, and unforgiving boss battles. New and returning players alike will be able to experience the new sequel when it releases sometime in 2023.
Return of The Penitent One
Blasphemous 2 picks up where the story left off from the Wounds of Eventide, wherein The Heart heralded the return of The Miracle and prophecized the birth of a new miracle child. You return as The Penitent One and you once again awaken from your resting place to take on a perilous new world and stop the foretold prophecy from becoming a reality.
Featuring a labyrinthian landscape that you can freely explore however you want, your journey will take you to Gothic-inspired locations and interact with various characters who will offer help or send you on deadly missions in exchange for rewards. Blasphemous 2 lets you customize your playstyle more than ever, with expanded combos and new finishing moves to deal with hordes of enemies and overwhelming bosses.
